My Agents Page

Success And Failure

The My Agents page displays all the AI agents created by the user. This page acts as a centralized management panel where users can:

  • View existing agents.
  • Manage each agent's lifecycle.
  • Deploy agents.
  • Chat with agents (if enabled).
  • Convert agents into reusable templates.
  • Add agents into meshes for multi-agent workflows.

Agent Details

  • Agent Name
    The custom name assigned to your agent, allowing easy identification.

  • Agent Version
    Displays the current version of the agent (default version is 0 when created).

  • Agent ID
    A unique identifier automatically assigned to every agent for backend tracking.

  • Status
    Indicates the agent's current state:

    • Draft: Agent setup incomplete.
    • Active: Agent is running and ready for tasks.
    • Processing: Agent is in configuration or processing state.

Agent Actions

  • Edit
    Update the agent’s configuration or prompt anytime by clicking the edit icon.

  • Clone
    Quickly duplicate an existing agent setup to create similar agents with ease.

  • Stop / Start
    Use these buttons to control the agent’s active status:

    • Stop to temporarily deactivate the agent.
    • Start to reactivate a stopped agent.
  • Delete
    Permanently remove an agent when no longer needed.


Advanced Options

  • Add to Template
    Convert your configured agent into a reusable template for faster future creations.

  • Go To Mesh
    Include this agent inside a mesh to collaborate with other agents in a multi-agent environment.

  • Chat
    For agents supporting chat, this allows direct conversation with the AI agent from the dashboard.

  • Deploy
    Finalize and deploy your agent for real-world tasks or production usage.


Key Features

Add to Template

  • Converts an existing agent into a reusable template.
  • Templates allow you to create new agents quickly using pre-defined configurations.
  • Once converted, the template is saved in the Templates section.

Go to Mesh

  • Adds your agent to a multi-agent mesh.
  • Useful when building complex workflows that require collaboration between multiple agents.

Deploy

  • Make your agent available for production usage.
  • Once deployed, the agent can start handling real-time tasks.

Chat with Agent

  • For agents that support chat-based interaction, click Chat to communicate with the agent directly.
  • Ideal for conversational AI or support agents.

  • Data Analytics Agent: After creating, you can deploy it and allow analysts to query data through chat.
  • Support Bot Agent: Convert to template for re-use across departments.
  • Snowflake Agent: Add to mesh to combine with reporting agents for advanced workflows.

Templates are pre-configured agents saved for reuse. Each template is based on an existing agent created earlier, using the SetNext default credentials for faster setup.

  • Quickly deploy agents with standard tools, skills, and base prompts.
  • Ensure consistency using default configurations.

Template Structure

Each template includes:

  • Agent Name
    A meaningful title representing the agent’s purpose.

  • Associated Skill(s)
    Defines what task or operation the agent will handle (e.g., data analysis, sales reporting, chatbot).

  • Connected Tools
    Pre-linked tools such as databases, APIs, or language models using SetNext default credentials.

  • Purpose / Description
    Short overview of what the agent is designed to do.


Using a Template

  1. Go to the Templates section in the sidebar.
  2. Browse templates by category (E-commerce, Health, Sales, etc.).
  3. Select a template that fits your use case.
  4. Click Use Template to instantly create a new agent based on that template.
  5. Customize the agent as needed (skills, tools, prompts).
  6. Deploy the agent for production use.
