📎 Attachment Menu Options

Your chatbot provides a flexible attachment system, allowing users to share files easily. Below are the available options within the Attach Menu:

1️⃣ Upload from Computer

Directly upload files from your device.

Supported file types:

📄 Documents: PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV

🎵 Audio: MP3, WAV

🖼️ Images: JPG, PNG, WEBP

Uploaded files are stored securely and can be sent instantly in chat.

2️⃣ Upload from Gallery

Browse and attach files previously uploaded by the user.

Powerful file management options:

📁 Folder Creation: Organize files by creating custom folders.

✏️ Rename Files/Folders: Update names anytime for better clarity.

🗑️ Delete Files/Folders: Remove unnecessary items easily.

📂 Move Files: Transfer files between folders as needed.

This helps users manage their personal file library efficiently inside the chatbot.

3️⃣ Add from Google Drive (Optional)

Connect and browse files from your linked Google Drive account.

Select and attach files directly from cloud storage.

📌 Notes Users can preview files before sending them.

Multiple file types can be attached in a single message.

File management actions within the gallery do not affect the original files on your computer or Drive.

When users upload files using the Attach Menu, the chatbot instantly generates a clean and interactive file preview inside the chat interface.

Uploaded files are not just shared—they become part of the conversation.

🎨 File Preview Experience

• Once a file is uploaded:
  • A file preview card appears in the chat.
  • Displays:
    • 📄 File name and type
    • 📦 File size
    • 📁 File icon (based on file type)
  • Users can:
    • Click the file to view or download.
    • Continue chatting without interruption.

🗂️ Gallery: File & Folder Management

The Gallery serves as your personal file manager inside the chatbot. Easily upload, organize, and manage your files through a simple, user-friendly interface.

🎨 Gallery Overview

• Browse and manage:

  • 📁 Folders
  • 📄 Files (Documents, Images, Audio)

• Accessed via the sidebar Gallery Icon.

• Each folder and file appears as a card with:

  • File name
  • Upload date
  • Quick actions (Download, Select, More options)

➕ Creating a New Folder

1. Click the New button.
2. Select Create Folder.
3. Enter the folder name.
4. Folder is instantly created in the current directory.

Organize your files into multiple folders for better management (e.g., MyDrive, Sakthi, Sathya).

📤 Uploading Files

• Click New > Upload Files to:
  • Upload documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT)
  • Upload images (JPG, PNG, WEBP)
  • Upload audio files (MP3, WAV)

Files will appear directly under the current folder or root, based on your position in the gallery.

📂 Folder-Level File Operations

• Move Files: Relocate files between folders using the Move action.
• Rename Files/Folders: Change names anytime via the More Options menu.
• Delete Files/Folders: Permanently remove files or folders if no longer needed.
• Download Files: One-click download directly from file cards.

Each file card provides:

• 📥 Download Button
• ✅ Select Button (For use in chats or workflows)
• ⋮ More Options (Move, Rename, Delete)
